บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองของผู้ปกครองในการเลี้ยงดูเด็กออทิสติก ได้แก่ การรับรู้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมเด็กออทิสติก การเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบ การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดู ภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเอง
รูปแบบการวิจัย: การวิจัยความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กออทิสติกอายุ 3 ปี ถึง 6 ปี 9 เดือน จำนวน 206 ราย ที่เข้ารับการรักษาในสถาบันราชานุกูล ระหว่างเดือนธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ถึงเดือนเมษายน พ.ศ. 2567 ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย: พบว่าการรับรู้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมเด็กออทิสติก การเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และความเครียดจากการเลี้ยงดู สามารถร่วมกันทำนายการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองของผู้ปกครองในการเลี้ยงดูเด็กออทิสติกได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R² = .24) โดยการเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบมีอำนาจการทำนายสูงสุดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (β = .30, p < .05) ขณะที่การได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมไม่สามารถทำนายการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองของผู้ปกครองในการเลี้ยงดูเด็กออทิสติกได้
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: ผลการวิจัยชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการเรียนรู้จากตัวแบบ การรับรู้ปัญหาพฤติกรรมเด็กออทิสติก และการจัดการความเครียดต่อการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองของผู้ปกครอง ดังนั้น โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการรับรู้สมรรถนะตนเองควรเน้นการสร้างโอกาสในการเรียนรู้จากบุคคลต้นแบบที่เหมาะสม และพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการความเครียด เพื่อเสริมสร้างศักยภาพในการดูแลบุตร สนับสนุนพัฒนาการของเด็กออทิสติก และลดความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพจิตของผู้ปกครองในระยะยาว
