บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ของแรงงานหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและปัจจัยทำนาย
รูปแบบการวิจัย: ความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ แรงงานหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและมาฝากครรภ์ ณ โรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระบรมราชเทวี ณ ศรีราชา และศูนย์ประกันสุขภาพเครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลสมเด็จพระบรมราชเทวี ณ ศรีราชา ได้แก่ สาขาแหลมฉบัง สาขาสหพัฒน์ และสาขาบ่อวิน ช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ถึงเดือนกรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2568 จำนวน 216 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามเกณฑ์การคัดเข้า เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบลำดับขั้น
ผลการวิจัย: การรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ ความเชื่อในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว และการได้รับข้อมูลการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ของแรงงานหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้ร้อยละ 45 (R2 = .45, F(5, 210) = 34.31, p < .001) โดยปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ของแรงงานหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว (β = .21, p = .002) และการได้รับข้อมูลการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ (β = .57, p < .001)
สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ: การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว และการได้รับข้อมูลการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ของแรงงานหญิงตั้งครรภ์ที่ทำงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมได้ พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนตั้งครรภ์ เพื่อให้เกิดการตั้งครรภ์ที่มีคุณภาพและผลลัพธ์การตั้งครรภ์ที่ดี
