Focus and Scope
Objectives
1. To publish academic research in nursing and health science innovation
2. To disseminate holistic nursing care knowledge, which is integrated with ‘eastern wisdom’
Scope
The journal receives articles from students, nursing lecturers, researchers, and academics both in Thai and English, which can be divided into two types:
- Original research both qualitative and quantitative
- Academic articles including literature reviews, case studies, and nursing innovation
Peer Review Process
Songklanagarind Journal of Nursing receives both academic articles and research articles both in Thai and English for publication. Each article must be reviewed by at least three experts (both internal and external reviewers) before publication (double-blind peer-reviewed). The qualified reviewers must be an expert in nursing, with specific experience and work expertise in each field. The articles considered for publication in the journal must be accepted by three experts.
Publication Frequency
Songklanagarind Journal of Nursing is published by the Faculty of Nursing, Prince of Songkla University. The journal publishes articles both in hardcopy and online with three issues per year as follows:
Issue 1: January – April
Issue 2: May – August
Issue 3: September – December
