Student’s Nurses, Populations and Health workers Satisfaction of Teaching and Learning management In Family and Community Nursing Practicum II Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Napparat Vajira

Abstract

The aims of this descriptive study were to explore the satisfaction of Student’s Nurses, Populations and Health workers of Teaching and Learning management in Family and Community Nursing Practicum II, Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Napparat Vajira. Sample included 51 Student’s Nurses, 191 Populations, and 12 Health workers in practical training Chacherngsao and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The instrument had three set for Student’s Nurses, Populations, and Health workers. The content validity of  the developed questionnaire was verified by three experts and were tested for reliability using the Cronbach’s Alpha Coefficient were 0.97, 0.91 and 0.96 respectively. The data were collected  in  May 2012 and were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

The result showed that overall of satisfaction in 3 groups in high level. Most of all Student’s nurses had satisfied of Teaching and Learning management in Family and Community Nursing Practicum II other then Populations and Health workers. (x = 4.38; SD= 0.55, x = 4.34; SD= 0.43, x = 3.97; SD= 0.49) respectively.

Suggested from this research.Student’s Nurses suggested College to should be increased instructor per student ratio according to Thailand’s Nursing Council.From Populations suggested Student’s Nurses have Humanized Health Care ,and Health worker suggested College should be coordinated to practical training  to prepare and assist in the training accordingly.
