ปัจจัยทำนายความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ และปัจจัยทำนายความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง จำนวน 146 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยข้อมูล 5 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของอาการเจ็บป่วย 3) การปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา 4) แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 5) ความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา และสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนรวมของความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณในระดับสูง ( = 98.82, SD = 15.25) ผลการวิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณ พบว่า การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วย แรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนา สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความผาสุกทางจิตวิญญาณได้ ร้อยละ 73 (adjusted R2 = .73, p < .01) โดยการรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วยเป็นตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายได้ดีที่สุด (β = -.80, p < .01) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ให้แนวทางแก่พยาบาลในการส่งเสริมความผาสุกทางจิตวิญาณของผู้ป่วยมุสลิมที่เป็นโรคเรื้อรังระยะกลับเข้าสู่การดำเนินชีวิตปกติตามวิถีการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรัง ซึ่งจะช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถมีชีวิตอยู่กับโรคอย่างสงบและมีความสมดุล โดยการให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญและจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการเจ็บป่วยเรื้อรังเพื่อให้การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วยลดลง รวมทั้งควรมีการส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และการส่งเสริมการปฏิบัติที่สัมพันธ์กับกิจกรรมทางศาสนาเพิ่มเติมด้วย
