ปัจจัยทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ระหว่างชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถาม General Health Questionnaire ฉบับภาษาไทย (Thai GHQ-28) 3) แบบสอบถามการปรับตัวด้านการเรียน 4) แบบสอบถามทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาล 5) แบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักศึกษากับผู้ปกครอง 6) แบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักศึกษากับเพื่อน และ 7) แบบสอบถามความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักศึกษากับอาจารย์ เครื่องมือทั้ง 7 ส่วน ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน และผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของแบบสอบถามเครื่องมือส่วนที่ 2-7 โดยคำนวณความเที่ยงได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .82 .77 .72 .83 .88 และ .87 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบปกติ ผลการศึกษา: ตัวแปรปัจจัยทำนายสามารถทำนายความแปรปรวนของภาวะสุขภาพจิตได้ร้อยละ 25.90 (R2 = .259, p < .05) โดยตัวแปรที่สามารถทำนายภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาล (β = -.241, t = -2.279, p <.05) สรุป: ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในดูแลภาวะสุขภาพจิตของนักศึกษาพยาบาลได้ซึ่งประเด็นทัศนคติต่อการพยาบาลเป็นประเด็นสำคัญที่ควรคำนึงถึง
