Methods: The evaluation research was integrated the action research evaluation and empowerment evaluation for evaluating the project; started from August 16, 2021 to April 30, 2022. The participants were a head of the Phang-nga Provincial Node, a project mentor, a project manager, and two main project staff. Data collection used semi-structured interview via telephone two sessions each taking
30-40 minutes per session until data saturation. Data were collected using the interview forms, the project proposal, and the project report. The data were analyzed using inductive content analysis. Results: All outcomes of the project were achieved, including the final outcome which was a reduction in the number of school-age pregnancy among students. The project manager and the project staff were competent in implementing the project together with the support from network partners including the following up with the mentors in the terms of stimulating the project’s activities and horizontal management of the Phang Nga Provincial Node. These supports have contributed to the success of the project. Conclusion: The guidelines for promoting sexual well-being to prevent school-age pregnancy and sexual risk behaviors should be
applied to other schools including the participation of assemblies, such as, parents, education personnel, local authorities, as well as health care providers, especially nurses.
