บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับเป้าหมายชีวิตของประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง จำนวน 393 ราย ที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่ชุมชนเมืองและกึ่งเมืองในเขตอำเภอหาดใหญ่ จังหวัดสงขลา ที่เผชิญกับสถานการณ์โควิด 19 ระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน - ธันวาคม 2564 โดยการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 2) แบบสอบถามเป้าหมายชีวิต พัฒนาโดย Balthip, Suwanphahu and Laimek ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทั่วไปด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความเกี่ยวข้องกับเป้าหมายชีวิตด้วยสถิติไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษา: ประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบาง ร้อยละ 95.67 มีระดับเป้าหมายชีวิตอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ของข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับเป้าหมายชีวิต พบว่า อายุจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว โรคประจำตัว และบุคคลหรือแหล่งที่ให้ความช่วยเหลือ มีความสัมพันธ์กับเป้าหมายชีวิต อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .05) สรุป: ผลการศึกษา สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพนำไปสู่การวางแผนการพยาบาลและพัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อส่งเสริมเป้าหมายชีวิตของประชาชนกลุ่มเปราะบางภายหลังประสบกับสถานการณ์์การระบาดของโรคโควิด 19
