ความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งหนึ่ง

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคาดหวังและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะทั่วไปกับความคาดหวังของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยความเป็นเลิศในการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยแห่งหนึ่ง วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนากลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 83 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และความคาดหวังต่อการให้บริการของศูนย์ฯ มีค่าความสอดคล้องตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) ระหว่าง .67-1.00 และความเที่ยงค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ครอนบาคแอลฟา เท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบหาค่าสหสัมพันธ์แบบพอยน์ไบซีเรียล ผลการศึกษา: พบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 73.50 อายุเฉลี่ย 37.60 ปี (SD = 6.16) ครอบครัวอยู่กันเป็นคู่ร้อยละ 98.80 มีลูกจำนวน 1 คนมากที่สุดร้อยละ 65.10 และระยะเวลาเข้ารับบริการเฉลี่ย 10 เดือน (MD = 5.05) ความคาดหวังโดยรวมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากเท่ากับ 4.52 คะแนน และรายด้านมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน ได้แก่ ด้านคุณภาพของเด็กปฐมวัย การดูแลของบุคลากร และการบริหารจัดการสถานที่เท่ากับ 4.60, 4.51 และ 4.42 คะแนน นอกจากนี้จำนวนลูกและระยะเวลาเข้ารับบริการมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความคาดหวังอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rpb= -.307, p < .01 และ rpb= -.187, p < .01) ตามลำดับ สรุป: ผู้เกี่ยวข้องควรตระหนักถึงปัจจัยเหล่านี้เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยสามารถให้บริการตามความคาดหวังของผู้มารับบริการเพื่อการดูแลสุขภาพและพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัยให้มีความพร้อมต่อการเจริญเติบโตที่สมบูรณ์
