บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยและระดับของปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อปัจจัยเสริมและพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ เขตประเวศ กรุงเทพมหานคร และ 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่สามารถทำนายพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ วิธีการ: เป็นการศึกษาแบบภาคตัดขวางเพื่อหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุ 60-79 ปี จำนวน 314 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ปัจจัยนำ ปัจจัยเอื้อ ปัจจัยเสริม และพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ โดยมีค่าความเที่ยงของเครื่องมือ (ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค อยู่ระหว่าง .74-.92) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาสหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา: ผู้สูงอายุร้อยละ 55.40 มีพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 58.51, SD = 8.66) ปัจจัยที่ร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ ได้ร้อยละ 60.20 (R2 = .60, p < .05) ได้แก่ นโยบายส่งเสริมสุขภาพของแหล่งบริการ (β = .27, p < .05) ทัศนคติต่อการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ (β = .24, p < .05) การได้รับแรงสนับสนุนทางสังคม(β = .22, p < .05) การได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารจากสื่อ (β = .22, p < .05) การมีโรคประจำตัว (β = -.19, p < .05) และการเข้าถึงแหล่งบริการสาธารณสุข (β= .16, p < .05) สรุป: ผลการศึกษาชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นในการกำหนดนโยบายสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนให้ผู้สูงอายุมีความตระหนักในสุขภาพ และการเพิ่มโอกาสในการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพและข้อมูลเพื่อเสริมสร้างพฤติกรรมส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ
