The sample 89.29 percent used tutoring via Facebook at the highest overall frequency (M = 4.28, SD = 1.27), participating in informal learning through commenting, questioning, and revisiting review content. The overall satisfaction including the content of the tutoring, techniques for taking exams, facilitation, and encouragement was at the highest level (M = 4.38, SD = .56).
