บทคัดย่อ

Psychological crisis is the psychological disequilibrium of persons due to life events changes and their impacts to health, including physical, emotion, social and spirituality. It is the state that persons cannot adapt to the situation and need urgent help from mental health teams. However, they sometimes face with ethical issues that need appropriate decision making. The ethical dilemmas frequently found in psychological healing include 1) Should we make clients recognize and express painful events, 2) How to help clients without conflict with belief and values of clients, 3) How to provide quality of care, 4) Want to maintain justice care without conflict with colleagues, and 5) Should care providers refuse to care in order to protect self from harm. Therefore, there is a need for mental health care team to be able to overcome these dilemmas to achieve the effectiveness of healing.
