บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ของสมาชิกครอบครัวในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรค
หลอดเลือดสมองที่บ้าน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสมาชิกในครอบครัวและเป็นผู้ดูแลหลักของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมอง จำนวน 18 คน
เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2560 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ตามวิธีของแวนมาเนน (van Manen) ตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของงานวิจัยตามแนวทางของ Lincoln and Guba
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสบการณ์ของสมาชิกครอบครัวในการดูแลบุคคลที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองถูกบรรยายไว้
8 กลุ่มความหมาย ภายใต้โลก 4 ใบของ van Manen ดังนี้ โลกของตนเอง: 1) ขาดความรู้ในการดูแล 2) รู้สึกเป็นภาระ
โลกของเวลา: 3) เป็นการดูแลที่ยาวนานและไม่รู้ว่าสิ้นสุดเมื่อใด 4) เป็นช่วงเวลาของการชดใช้กรรม โลกของสถานที่: 5)
เหมือนอยู่ในห้องใหญ่ที่มืดและเย็น 6) อยู่ในชุมชนที่ให้การสนับสนุน และ โลกของความสัมพันธ์: 7) ดูแลช่วยเหลือกันและกัน
ระหว่างสมาชิกในครอบครัว และ 8) เป็นการคงไว้ซึ่งสัมพันธภาพที่มั่นคงระหว่างผู้ป่วยกับผู้ดูแล
ผลการศึกษาช่วยให้เข้าใจปรากฏการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือดสมองต่อเนื่องที่บ้าน ปัจจัยสนับสนุนในการดูแล
และข้อจำกัดต่างๆ และสามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาโครงการเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยโรคหลอดเลือด
