บทคัดย่อ

     การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กและเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดต่อที่บ้านโดยผู้ปกครองและที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยโดยผู้ดูแลเด็ก เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเป็นผู้ปกครองที่นำเด็กมารับบริการที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย จำนวน 108 คน และผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย จำนวน 18 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) พฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดต่อของผู้ปกครองที่บ้าน และ 3) พฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กในการป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดต่อของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่ฝ่ายพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 คน ทดสอบความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามชุดที่ 2 และ 3 ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .81 และ .78 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยายและสถิติการทดสอบที (independent t-test)
     ผลการวิจัย พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็กของผู้ปกครองและผู้ดูแลเด็กอยู่ในระดับสูง ทั้งโดยรวม (M ± SD =3.88 ± 0.48 และ 4.63 ± 0.26) และรายด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการดูแลสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคลของเด็ก (M ± SD = 3.93 ± 0.49 และ 4.65 ± 0.28) ด้านการดูแลสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแล (M ± SD = 3.69 ± 0.83 และ 4.65 ± 0.42) ด้านการดูแลเด็กเมื่อเด็กป่วยเป็นโรคติดต่อ (M ± SD = 3.69 ± 0.67 และ 4.69 ± 0.35) ด้านการทำความสะอาดสิ่งของเครื่องใช้และสิ่งแวดล้อม (M ± SD = 4.21 ± 0.57 และ 4.53 ± 0.26) ผลการทดสอบโดยใช้สถิติที พบว่า ผู้ดูแลเด็กมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลเด็ก ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านสูงกว่าผู้ปกครองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .001) ดังนั้น หัวหน้าฝ่ายพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยควรมีการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ปกครองมีการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมป้องกันควบคุมโรคติดต่อให้มากขึ้น รวมทั้งผู้ดูแลเด็กอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้งนี้ เพื่อป้องกันการเกิดโรคติดต่อ
