บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยแบบบรรยายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการดูแลแบบเอื้ออาทร ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 และพยาบาลจบใหม่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 จำนวน 81 คน และพยาบาลจบใหม่ จำนวน 56 คน จากคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 2) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการดูแลแบบเอื้ออาทรในการดูแลผู้ป่วยระยะสุดท้าย ตรวจสอบค่าความเที่ยงโดยใช้วิธี test-retest ได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ Mann-Whitney U test ผลการศึกษา พบว่า พยาบาลจบใหม่ 1 ปี มีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลแบบเอื้ออาทรโดยรวมและรายด้านสูงกว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ทุกด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <.001) อย่างไรก็ตาม นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 มีคะแนนรายข้อในประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการให้เวลากับผู้ป่วยและครอบครัวมากกว่าพยาบาลจบใหม่ ผลการศึกษาสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอน เพื่อปลูกฝังพฤติกรรมการดูแลแบบเอื้ออาทรให้กับนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อไป
