ผลการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องสัมพันธภาพ และการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำาบัดต่อการรับรู้สมรรถนะในการสื่อสาร เพื่อการบำาบัดผู้ป่วยจิตเวชของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องสัมพันธภาพและการ การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องสัมพันธภาพและการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดต่อการรับรู้สมรรถนะในการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยจิตเวชของนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 51 รายที่กำลังฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในรายวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 28 ราย และกลุ่มควบคุม 23 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องสัมพันธภาพและการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัด และกลุ่มควบคุม ได้รับการเรียนการสอนตามปกติ วัดผลหลังทดลอง 2 ครั้ง หลังจากดูบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนทันที และหลังจากจบรายวิชาปฏิบัติ เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน 2) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 3) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะในการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยจิตเวช มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาค เท่ากับ .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ไคสแควร์ ทีอิสระและวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภายในกลุ่มที่ได้รับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และกลุ่มการเรียนการสอนปกติ ก่อนได้รับบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน หลังได้รับบทเรียน และภายหลังสิ้นสุดการฝึกปฏิบัติ มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้สมรรถนะในการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเพิ่มขึ้น อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p< .05) แต่ระหว่างกลุ่มไม่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p> .05)
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ควรสนับสนุนให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลนำบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน ไปใช้เป็นสื่อทางเลือกเพื่อเพิ่มความเข้าใจ และเพิ่มคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้สมรรถนะในการสื่อสารเพื่อการบำบัดผู้ป่วยจิตเวช
