บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนด การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ต่อพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดของมารดาวัยรุ่น กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นที่คลอดทารกก่อนกำหนด จำนวน 50 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มควบคุมและกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มละ 25 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดแบบเจาะจง กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้ ประกอบด้วย 1) การสอนโดยใช้สื่อวีดิโอผ่านยูทูป และคู่มือประกอบภาพ 2) การชี้แนะให้ตระหนักในการดูแล3) การสนับสนุนการดูแลอย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 4) การสาธิตและสาธิตย้อนกลับวิธีการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดได้แก่ การทำแกงการู การทำที่นอนรูปตัวยู (nest) และการจัดท่านอนคว่ำที่สุขสบาย (hand to mouth) กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลปกติ เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดของมารดาวัยรุ่นตามกรอบแนวคิดของโอเร็ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ Independent t–test และ Paired t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 และ 2) หลังการทดลองกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการดูแลสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
โปรแกรมการสนับสนุนและให้ความรู้นี้ ช่วยให้มารดาวัยรุ่นเกิดการเรียนรู้และมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนด จะช่วยส่งผลให้ทารกคลอดก่อนกำหนดมีการเจริญเติบโตและพัฒนาการที่ดีต่อไป
