บทคัดย่อ
การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ คือ สิ่งที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจและพฤติกรรมในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาหลังคลอดที่บุตรเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาล ทารกแรกเกิด โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดที่มีประสบการณ์เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในขณะบุตรเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิด จำนวน 16 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ระหว่างเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ ถึงเดือนพฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2560 ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกรายบุคคล แต่ละคนได้รับการสัมภาษณ์ 2-3 ครั้ง ใช้เวลาประมาณ 30-45 นาทีต่อครั้ง ในการสัมภาษณ์แต่ละครั้งมีการบันทึกเสียงและถอดเทปบันทึกเสียงแบบคำต่อคำ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ของมารดาหลังคลอดที่บุตรเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิด มีประเด็นหลักเกิดขึ้น 2 ประเด็น คือ “คุณค่าการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่” และ “ความยากในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่” ประเด็นที่ 1 “คุณค่าการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่” ประกอบด้วย 3 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 1) ประโยชน์ต่อสุขภาพทารก 2) หน้าที่ความเป็นแม่ และ 3) ความสุขเมื่อได้เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และ ประเด็นที่ 2 “ความยากในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่” ประกอบด้วย 4 ประเด็นย่อย ได้แก่ 1) ภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังคลอด 2) ความเครียด ความวิตกกังวล 3) การขาดทักษะที่ทำให้มีนำ้นมเพียงพอ และ 4) ความยากในการเริ่มฝึกลูกดูดนมจากเต้า การศึกษานี้ ช่วยให้บุคลากรด้านสุขภาพเกิดความเข้าใจมารดาหลังคลอดที่บุตรเข้ารับการรักษาในหออภิบาลทารกแรกเกิดเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ได้อย่างลึกซึ้ง สามารถใช้ข้อมูลเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาการพยาบาลแบบองค์รวมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อส่งเสริมและช่วยเหลือให้มารดาสามารถเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
