ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันเอดส์ของเยาวชนหญิง ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดชลบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
โรคเอดส์เป็นปัญหาสำคัญที่มีความรุนแรงถึงชีวิตและมีแนวโน้มรุนแรงขึ้นในกลุ่มเยาวชนไทย การวิจัยเชิงทำนายนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ของเยาวชนหญิงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยใช้ทฤษฏีแบบแผนความเชื่อทางสุขภาพเป็นกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพนักงานหญิง อายุ 18-24 ปี จำนวน 267 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามประกอบด้วย พฤติกรรมการป้องกันเอดส์ การรับรู้ความรุนแรงของโรคเอดส์ การรับรู้โอกาสเสี่ยงในการเกิดโรคเอดส์ การรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเองในการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ ความรู้ในการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน และการได้รับข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ ซึ่งมีค่าดัชนีความตรงเท่ากับ .78, .87, .87, .71, .75, .87, 1.0,
1.0, และ.86 ตามลำดับ และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .60, .95, .96, .93, .90, .93, .75, .87, และ .92 ตามลำดับ เก็บข้อมูลโดยให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเองระหว่างเดือนสิงหาคม ถึง กันยายน พ.ศ. 2560 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 8.32, SD = 3.52) ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ คือ อิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อน (β = -.458) การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการป้องกัน (β = -.295) และความรู้เรื่องโรคเอดส์ (β = .256) โดยร่วมกับทำนายพฤติกรรมการป้องกันโรคเอดส์ได้ร้อยละ 78.8 (R2 =.788, F = 326.38, p < .001)
ผลการวิจัยเสนอแนะต่อพยาบาลเวชปฏิบัติชุมชนและผู้เกี่ยวข้องในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคเอดส์ของเยาวชนในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม โดยควรเสริมการจัดกิจกรรมกลุ่มเพื่อเพิ่มความตระหนักของการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัยในกลุ่มเพื่อน ลดการรับรู้อุปสรรค และให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคเอดส์ให้มากขึ้น
