เป้าหมายชีวิตของนักเรียนในภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเป้าหมายชีวิตของนักเรียนในพื้นที่ภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 222 คน เป็นนักเรียนที่ศึกษาในโรงเรียนมัธยมในภาคใต้ และเข้าร่วมงาน ม.อ. วิชาการ ประจำปี 2559 ของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ การสุ่มตัวอย่างสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และ 2) แบบวัดเป้าหมายชีวิต แบบวัดเป้าหมายชีวิตผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน และหาความเที่ยงกับนักเรียนวัยรุ่นจำนวน 30 คน มีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ 0.84 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงบรรยาย ผลวิจัย พบว่า นักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนเป้าหมายชีวิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เท่ากับ M(SD) = 95.12(14.34) เมื่อพิจารณาตามปัจจัยหลักของแบบวัด 5 ด้าน พบว่า ความมุ่งหวังในชีวิต เป็นด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความมีเป้าหมายสูงสุด = 33.69(5.60) รองลงมา คือ ด้านทัศนะต่อชีวิต = 20.85(4.00) ด้านการดำรงชีวิตอย่างมีความหมาย = 20.28(4.19) ด้านการเลือกกำหนดชีวิตตนเอง = 10.28(2.96) และด้านความรู้สึกว่าตนไร้ความหมาย = 10.02(2.79) ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการวางแผนเพื่อส่งเสริมเป้าหมายชีวิตของนักเรียน เพื่อช่วยให้ดำเนินชีวิตอย่างผู้มีพลังและมีทิศทาง เต็มไปด้วยความรู้สึกถึงคุณค่าในตนเอง มีความรับผิดชอบต่อตนเอง และเป็นพลเมืองที่มีคุณภาพของประเทศชาติต่อไป
