บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ในมารดาวัยรุ่น ระหว่างกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ มารดาวัยรุ่นหลังคลอด จำนวน 70 ราย แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 35 ราย กลุ่มทดลองได้รับการดูแลตามแนวปฏิบัติทางคลินิกเพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนและคุ้มครองการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่สำหรับมารดาวัยรุ่นและแบบสอบถามระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน และหาค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่สำหรับมารดาวัยรุ่น โดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคได้ค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า มารดาวัยรุ่นกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนสมรรถนะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ และระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่มากกว่ามารดาวัยรุ่นกลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 5.091, t = 13.516, p < .001 ตามลำดับ) แนวปฏิบัติทางคลินิกเพื่อส่งเสริมสนับสนุนและคุ้มครองการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ เป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้มารดาวัยรุ่นมีสมรรถนะการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่และมีระยะเวลาการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่นานกว่ามารดาวัยรุ่นที่ไม่ได้รับการดูแลตามแนวปฏิบัตินี้ บ่งชี้ว่าเป็นแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีและควรนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ต่อไป เพื่อเป็นการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้มารดาวัยรุ่นได้เลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่อย่างเดียวจนครบ 6 เดือน
