ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ ภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิ ภาคใต้ และมีประสบการณ์การดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี จำนวน 135 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย 3) ระบบสนับสนุนการทำงาน และ 4) สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้า ตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน ค่าดัชนีความตรงของเนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 3 และ 4 เท่ากับ .98 .99 และ .98 ตามลำดับ และค่าความเที่ยงคำนวณโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคของแบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 3 และ 4 เท่ากับ .98 .91 และ .90 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์โดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษา: พบว่า สมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 4.14, SD = 0.5) และปัจจัยด้านระบบสนับสนุนในการทำงานและปัจจัยด้านภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าในระดับสูงและปานกลางตามลำดับ (r = .70, .43, p < .01) สรุป: ดังนั้นผู้บริหารพยาบาลควรนำผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบสนับสนุนการทำงานและภาวะผู้นำเพื่อให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพมีสมรรถนะในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเบาหวานที่มีแผลที่เท้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
