ปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล จากการเรียนแบบออนไลน์ในช่วงการระบาดของโรคโควิด -19

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลจากการเรียนแบบออนไลน์ ในช่วงการระบาดของโรคโควิด -19 วิธีการ: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยบูรพา ชั้นปีที่ 3 และ 4 จำนวน 212 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้การสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเรียนออนไลน์ 3) แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะการสอนออนไลน์ 4) แบบสอบถามสิ่งสนับสนุนการเรียนออนไลน์ 5) แบบสอบถามผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ แบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2-5 ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน ได้ค่าCVI เท่ากับ .90 .83 .95 และ .93 ตามลำดับ ทดสอบความเที่ยงมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาครอนบาคเท่ากับ .86 .95 .83 และ .96 ตามลำดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการตอบแบบสอบถามในระบบออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา: พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีค่าเฉลี่ยผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้เท่ากับ 4.09 (SD = .46) การรับรู้สมรรถนะการสอนออนไลน์ และพฤติกรรมการเรียนออนไลน์ สามารถร่วมกันทำนายความแปรปรวนของผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ได้ ร้อยละ 23 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (R2 = .23, p < .01) สรุป: ผลการศึกษานี้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ควรมีการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการสอนออนไลน์ของผู้สอน และส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีพฤติกรรมการเรียนออนไลน์อย่างเหมาะสม เพื่อเพิ่มผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล
