การพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิลในนักศึกษาพยาบาล: ถอดบทเรียนจากรายวิชาวิถีสุขภาพทางเลือก

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: ซอฟท์สกิล (soft skill) หรือจรณทักษะ เป็นทักษะที่ช่วยเติมเต็มมนุษย์ด้านอารมณ์และสังคม ประกอบด้วยทักษะส่วนบุคคล และทักษะทางสังคม ซึ่งซอฟท์สกิลมีความสำคัญสำหรับวิชาชีพพยาบาลอย่างยิ่ง เพราะพยาบาลทำหน้าที่ดูแลมนุษย์ทั้งยามสุขภาพดีและเจ็บป่วย แต่ด้วยปัจจุบันเป็นยุคดิจิทัล ทำให้ทุกภาคส่วนถูกขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีขั้นพื้นฐานถึงขั้นก้าวหน้า อาจเป็นเหตุให้พยาบาลขาดความตระหนักต่อด้านจิตใจของผู้รับบริการ ดังนั้นซอฟท์สกิลจะเข้ามาช่วยเติมเต็มการดูแลทางใจของผู้รับบริการ การพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิลในนักศึกษาพยาบาล อาศัยกระบวนการบ่มเพาะทั้งในและนอกชั้นเรียน ดังนั้นสถานศึกษาพยาบาลต้องออกแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน ที่เอื้อต่อการพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิล โดยหล่อหลอมนักศึกษาพยาบาลทุกคน ให้มีซอฟท์สกิลควบคู่ไปกับทักษะด้านวิชาการและทักษะด้านวิชาชีพ บทความนี้กล่าวถึงแนวคิดของซอฟท์สกิล ความสำคัญและการพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิลในวิชาชีพพยาบาล และตัวอย่างการพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิลในนักศึกษาพยาบาล ผ่านรายวิชาวิถีสุขภาพทางเลือก สรุป: บัณฑิตพยาบาลที่มีคุณภาพ จำเป็นต้องได้รับการพัฒนาซอฟท์สกิลอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้การประกอบวิชาชีพพยาบาลมีประสิทธิภาพ และเกิดความสุข
