บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: การศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมุสลิม ที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด วิธีการ: การวิจัยนี้เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้ป่วยมะเร็งที่นับถือศาสนาอิสลามที่รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดโรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในภาคใต้ จำนวน 20 คน คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือประกอบด้วย 2 ส่วน คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมุสลิมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด ในประเด็นความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมุสลิมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือ โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 คน และปรับแนวคำถามตามข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ แล้วนำไปทดลองกับผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 2 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ และข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาผลการศึกษา: พบว่าความต้องการการดูแลด้านจิตวิญญาณของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมุสลิมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด มี 4 ประการ คือ 1) ต้องการกำลังใจและการมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแลจากญาติ 2) ต้องการการดูแลด้วยความเข้าใจจากบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ 3) ต้องการกระทำตามความหวัง และ 4) ต้องการการสนับสนุนให้ได้ปฏิบัติกิจกรรมตามความเชื่อและศาสนา สรุป: ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้บริหารการพยาบาลในการพัฒนาคุณภาพบริการการพยาบาลด้านมิติจิตวิญญาณ การวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรและพัฒนารูปแบบบริการในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งมุสลิมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด
