บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรมและการจัดการความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในการดูแลผู้ป่วยสูญเสียอวัยวะและพิการ โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่งในภาคใต้ตอนล่าง วิธีการ: วิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยาย เก็บ
รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและแนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์ เกี่ยวกับความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรมและประสบการณ์
ในการจัดการความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล โดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ และข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (content analysis) ผลการศึกษา: พบว่าประสบการณ์ความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรม มี 4 ประเด็น คือ 1) การให้ข้อมูลไม่เพียงพอทำให้ผู้ป่วยกังวล 2 ) ความล่าช้าในการช่วยเหลือบรรเทาความปวด 3) การเปิดเผยพื้นที่ของร่างกายที่ถูกตัดอวัยวะทำให้ผู้ป่วยรู้สึกอาย และ 4) การละเลยการดูแลด้านจิตใจเนื่องจากมุ่งทำกิจกรรมด้านร่างกาย และประสบการณ์การจัดการความเสี่ยงทางจริยธรรม 5 ประเด็นคือ 1) การให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการบาดเจ็บเมื่อไปเยี่ยมตรวจเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยลดความวิตกกังวล 2) การแสวงหาความรู้เรื่องการดูแลผู้ป่วยสูญเสียอวัยวะและพิการเพิ่มเติม 3) การแสดงออกถึงความเอาใจเขามาใส่ใจเรา มีจิตใจที่เมตตา 4) การแสดงออกถึงการยอมรับและขอโทษด้วยความจริงใจ และ5) การดูแลด้านจิตใจในระยะสูญเสียเพิ่มเติมทันทีที่รู้ตัว สรุป: ผลการวิจัยเป็นข้อมูลสำหรับผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาพฤติกรรมด้านจริยธรรมทางการพยาบาล
