บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะในงานและความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของพยาบาลวิชาชีพงานอุบัติเหตุ
ฉุกเฉินและนิติเวชในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดสงขลา วิธีการ: การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพงาน
อุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและนิติเวชในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดสงขลา ยกเว้นหัวหน้างาน จำนวน 152 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ
แบบสอบถามแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) ระดับสมรรถนะในงาน และ 3) ความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะ แบบสอบถามส่วนที่ 2 และ 3 ได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (CVI = .97 และ 1.0) และค่าความเที่ยง (Cronbach’s alpha = .98) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการศึกษา: 1) คะแนนเฉลี่ยของระดับสมรรถนะในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.10, SD = .50) โดยด้านการช่วยชีวิตผู้ป่วยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (M = 4.31, SD = .59) และ 2) ความต้องการพัฒนาสมรรถนะในงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 4.10, SD = .50) โดยด้านที่มีความต้องการสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก ได้แก่ การติดตามเฝ้าระวังอย่างต่อเนื่อง (M = 4.30, SD = .67) การช่วยชีวิตผู้ป่วย
(M = 4.22, SD = .78) และการจำแนกประเภทผู้ป่วย (M = 4.22, SD = .69) สรุป: ควรวางแผนพัฒนาบุคลากรโดยใช้ข้อมูลการประเมินสมรรถนะด้วยตนเองของพยาบาล เพื่อยกระดับการดูแลในงานอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉินและนิติเวช
