บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนา และศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของการนำรูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กวัยทารก
เครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพอำเภอห้วยยอดไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กตั้งแต่ช่วงตั้งครรภ์จนถึงอายุ 2 เดือน วิธีการ: การวิจัย
และพัฒนา แบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพการณ์และความต้องการในการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย โดยสนทนากลุ่มบุคลากรงานด้านเด็กปฐมวัย สัมภาษณ์มารดาระยะหลังคลอด และศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนา
รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กวัยทารก และระยะที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ ในมารดาและบุตรจำนวน 7 คู่ ในพื้นที่
เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กวัยทารก ประกอบด้วย คู่มือการดำเนินงานของ
เจ้าหน้าที่ สมุดบันทึกการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก แบบประเมินทักษะการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย 2) แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย และ 3) แบบประเมินพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ผลการศึกษา: รูปแบบประกอบด้วย 3 ระยะ 1) ระยะตั้งครรภ์ โดยสร้างทัศนคติเชิงบวกหญิงตั้งครรภ์ต่อการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย 2) ระยะหลังคลอด โดยฝึกทักษะมารดาในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการตามคู่มือการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กปฐมวัย และ 3) ระยะติดตาม โดยค้นหาปัญหาอุปสรรค และให้คำแนะนำมารดาที่บ้านอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลการ
ทดลองใช้รูปแบบพบว่า พฤติกรรมส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของมารดา 7 วันและ 30 วันหลังคลอดอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 2.62,
SD= .12; M=2.90, SD= .12 ตามลำดับ) พัฒนาการเด็กช่วงอายุ 1 และ 2 เดือนสมวัยทุกด้าน สรุป: รูปแบบการเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็กวัยทารกเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพอำเภอห้วยยอด สามารถนำมาใช้เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและส่งเสริมพัฒนาการเด็ก
