การเรียนรู้ด้วยใจอย่างใคร่ครวญ: ทักษะสำคัญและแนวทางประยุกต์ ใช้ในวิชาชีพพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ

บทนำ: บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายแนวคิดและองค์ประกอบของการเรียนรู้ด้วยใจอย่างใคร่ครวญนำเสนอทักษะสำคัญที่จำเป็นต่อกระบวนการเรียนรู้ดังกล่าว ตลอดจนแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้ในวิชาชีพพยาบาล เนื้อหาของบทความได้มาจากการทบทวนและสังเคราะห์กรอบแนวคิดและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลการสังเคราะห์ พบว่าแนวทางการเรียนรู้นี้ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 4 มิติ ได้แก่ มิติภายในของผู้เรียน มิติด้านปฏิสัมพันธ์ มิติด้านบริบทและกระบวนการเรียนรู้ และมิติด้านจริยธรรมและจิตวิญญาณ โดยผู้เรียนจำเป็นต้องมีทักษะพื้นฐานที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ การมีสติ การสะท้อนคิด การฟังอย่างลึกซึ้ง การสนทนาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ และความเมตตากรุณา ทักษะเหล่านี้เป็นเครื่องมือในการขับเคลื่อนการเรียนรู้ และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพพยาบาลอย่างสมดุลทั้งด้านความรู้และการดูแลอย่างมีหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์ สรุป: การนำแนวคิดการเรียนรู้ด้วยใจอย่างใคร่ครวญ ซึ่งมีพื้นฐานจากจิตตปัญญาศึกษา มาบูรณาการในการศึกษาพยาบาล มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนานักศึกษาพยาบาล เนื่องจากวิชาชีพพยาบาลต้องเผชิญกับความซับซ้อนของระบบสุขภาพและความเปราะบางของมนุษย์ แนวคิดดังกล่าวจึงช่วยส่งเสริมการพัฒนาทักษะการสะท้อนคิด การกำกับอารมณ์ การตัดสินใจเชิงจริยธรรม และการดูแลอย่างมีความเมตตากรุณา การประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดนี้ ในการศึกษาพยาบาลไทยจึงมิใช่เพียงการเพิ่มรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนการสอน หากแต่เป็นการสร้างกรอบการพัฒนาบุคลากรที่ตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของวิชาชีพและสังคม โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุด คือการพัฒนาพยาบาลให้มีความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาชีพควบคู่กับหัวใจความเป็นมนุษย์
