ผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเกมเป็นฐานต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในการพยาบาลเด็กที่มีปัญหาระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาผลของการจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเกมเป็นฐานต่อผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล ในการพยาบาลเด็กที่มีปัญหาระบบทางเดินปัสสาวะ วิธีการ: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลอง ชนิดหนึ่งกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 3 จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยมี 8 ส่วน ได้แก่ คู่มือการจัดการเรียนรู้ สื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง แบบบันทึกคะแนนเกม ชุดเกมการเรียนรู้ บัตรคำถาม แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบทดสอบความรู้ก่อนและหลังเรียน และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ ผ่านการตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน โดยบัตรคำถาม และแบบทดสอบความรู้ก่อนและหลังเรียน มีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อคำถามกับวัตถุประสงค์ เท่ากับ .96 และ 1.00 ตามลำดับ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ มีค่าดัชนีตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ .96 และมีค่าความเที่ยง โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .91 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการทดสอบทีคู่ ผลการศึกษา: หลังจัดการเรียนรู้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยทดสอบหลังเรียนมากกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -12.18, p < .001) และมีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (M = 4.67, SD = .56) โดยเฉพาะ
การส่งเสริมทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีม (M = 4.83, SD = .47) และการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มีความสนุกสนาน (M = 4.82, SD = .46) สรุป: การจัดการเรียนรู้ห้องเรียนกลับด้านร่วมกับเกมเป็นฐานทำให้ผู้เรียนมีคะแนนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนและมีความพึงพอใจต่อการเรียนรู้ ดังนั้น จึงสามารถนำไปใช้ในรายวิชาการพยาบาลเด็กได้
