ปัญหาและความต้องการในการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนฝึกปฏิบัติ การพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตทางอายุรศาสตร์

บทคัดย่อ

วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและความต้องการในการเตรียมความพร้อมของนักศึกษาพยาบาลก่อนขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุที่เจ็บป่วยในภาวะวิกฤตด้วยโรคทางอายุรศาสตร์ วิธีการ: ใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบบรรยาย เก็บข้อมูลจากนักศึกษาพยาบาล คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตหาดใหญ่ จำนวน 14 คน ตามเกณฑ์ในการคัดเลือก คือ เป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 หรือ 4 ปีการศึกษา 2567 ที่มีประสบการณ์การฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตทางอายุรศาสตร์  เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม กลุ่มละ 4-5 คน ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2568  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวทางของ Krippendorff สร้างความน่าเชื่อถือของการวิจัยตามเกณฑ์ของ Lincoln and Guba ผลการศึกษา: ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการเตรียมความพร้อม มี 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) สื่อการเรียนรู้ไม่น่าสนใจและเข้าใจยาก (2) อุปกรณ์สำหรับฝึกปฏิบัติไม่เหมือนในสื่อและไม่เพียงพอ (3) เวลาในการเตรียมพร้อมมีน้อย และ (4) วิตกกังวลและไม่มั่นใจในความสามารถของตนเอง ความต้องการเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบในการเตรียมความพร้อม มี 4 ประเด็น ได้แก่ (1) ต้องการสรุปความรู้ที่จำเป็นเพื่อทบทวน (2) ต้องการสื่อเรียนรู้แบบภาพเคลื่อนไหวและเข้าถึงง่าย (3) ต้องการฝึกในสถานการณ์จำลอง และ (4) ต้องการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์ของเพื่อนหรือรุ่นพี่ สรุป: นักศึกษาเผชิญกับความท้าทายในการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนขึ้นฝึกปฏิบัติบนคลินิกทั้งด้านสื่อความรู้ อุปกรณ์การฝึก และด้านจิตใจ ภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัด ข้อมูลที่ได้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มอีเลิร์นนิงและรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่ตอบสนองความต้องการของนักศึกษา และสนับสนุนการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลผู้ใหญ่และผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะวิกฤตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
