บทคัดย่อ

          Palliative Care Patients such as cancer, chronic disease and severe disease have no hope to get better by cure. Usually, they suffer with physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual issues. The important symptoms suffering the patient include pain, dyspnea, anorexia, weakness, fatigue, sleep disorder, confusion, depression, anxiety and hopeless. The assessment of these symptoms are the essential data for nurse to make nursing care plan and holistic nursing intervention. The objectives of this article demonstrates about the suffering symptoms, nursing process and evaluation of the suffering symptoms in palliative care patients.
