บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะทุพโภชนาการกับคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียม วิธีการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมที่คลินิกเฉพาะทางเวชกรรมด้านไตเทียมแห่งหนึ่ง ในกรุงเทพฯ จำนวน 138 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทางคลินิก และแบบประเมินภาวะโภชนาการ และแบบสอบถามคุณภาพชีวิตของในโรคไต มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .75 และ .076 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการฟอกเลือดด้วยเครื่องไตเทียมมีภาวะทุพโภชนาการในระดับน้อยร้อยละ 92 มีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ (M = 59.66, SD = 3.11) และภาวะทุพโภชนาการมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบในระดับต่ำกับคุณภาพชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 (r = -0.18)
