Abstract
Introduction COVID-19 Management uses project evaluation of nursing administration model development by the network involvement for covid-19 patients in the field hospital of Somdejphajaotaksinmaharaj Hospital Objective: To evaluate contextual assessment, input evaluation, process evaluation and product evaluation outputs which was later expanded into four sub-dimensions including: impact assessment, effectiveness assessment, sustainability and transition assessment, and policy recommendations. Methods: The Evaluation Research using the CIPPIEST assessment mode, divided into 3 phases, phaseว Situation study. Phase 2: Collect and analyze the data obtained from the project's performance evaluation by collecting data in 2 parts: 1) quantitative data questionnaire and 2) In - depth Interview obtained from semi structure questionnaires and Phase 3 Study results recommendations to stakeholders. Results Somdejphajaotaksinmaharaj hospital has a large field hospital to serve patients due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus. Emergency Operations Center structure for COVID -19 was established: Analyzed quantitative data on all aspects was the highest level, develop self-care models by applying new technologies to solve self-care problems at home. Use basic medical equipment to monitor patients' symptoms from medical personnel through online channels Should increase the capacity of personnel at all levels to respond to outbreaks in the epidemic area. Conclusions: The CIPPIEST model is as an appropriate measures regarding the management of field hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic both efficient and sustainable.
