Abstract
Prostaglandin E, has been successfully used for preinduction cervical ripening
and labour induction. Recently an alternative prostaglandin E, analogue misoprostol is
being used instead. lt is inexpensive and chemically stable at room temperature. We
reported two cases of term pregnancy with uterine rupture using prostaglandin E,
analogue.
