บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้นำเสนอความหมาย และรูปแบบของการเรียนรู้จากการให้บริการ (Service-Learning) และแสดงให้เห็นว่า Service-Learning ช่วยพัฒนาทักษะทางปัญญา และคุณค่าวิชาชีพของนักศึกษาพยาบาลอย่างไร โดยยกตัวอย่างจากงานวิจัย และข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสะท้อนคิดของนักศึกษาพยาบาลที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ นอกจากนั้น ยังได้นำเสนอกระบวนการในการจัดกิจกรรม Service-Learning ที่ได้ถอดบทเรียนมาจากประสบการณ์ที่ ผู้เขียนได้เคยทำมาที่คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์แก่ท่านผู้อ่านที่สนใจจะนำกิจกรรม Service-Learning ไปใช้ในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษา
