บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ พัฒนาระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก โดยศึกษาสถานการณ์การส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นอาจารย์ในวิทยาลัยสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก 341 คน และ นำผลการศึกษาดังกล่าวไปสร้างแนวทางการพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ หลังจากนั้นประเมินผลการใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ จากอาจารย์ที่รับผิดชอบงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก 37 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1)แบบสอบถามระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยในสังกัดสถาบันพระบรมราชชนกตามสภาพจริงและความต้องการ ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยใช้สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้เท่ากับ 0.94 2) แบบสำรวจระดับความสำเร็จของการมีระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยตามตัวชี้วัดของแผนกลยุทธ์ของสถาบันพระบรมราชชนก

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความต้องการการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ มากกว่าตามสภาพจริงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 การส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ ตามสภาพจริงในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (x̄=3.17, S.D.=0.64) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านนโยบายและแผนกลยุทธ์การผลิตผลงานวิจัยและด้านการสนับสนุนการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยมีการส่งเสริมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x̄=3.72, S.D.=0.64 และ =3.62, S.D.=0.77)  ส่วนการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ ตามความต้องการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄=4.32, S.D.=0.56) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านมีความต้องการอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (x̄=4.24, S.D.=0.68 ถึง x̄= 4.35, S.D.=0.54)

ผลการใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ  พบว่าวิทยาลัยทั้ง 37 แห่ง ได้นำแนวทางดังกล่าวไปประยุกต์ใช้ ทั้งนี้วิทยาลัยที่ดำเนินการครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ (ในระดับความสำเร็จ 5) จำนวน 20 แห่ง คิดเป็นร้อยละ 54.05 ดังนั้นจึงควรมีการติดตามประเมินผลและพัฒนาระบบและกลไกการส่งเสริมการผลิตผลงานวิจัยของวิทยาลัยฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง

Abstract

This research aimed to develop  systems and mechanisms to enhance research productivity in the nursing colleges under the supervision of Praboromrajchanok Institute. To achieve this the study focused on  enhancing situation that may enhance research productivity in the colleges. The samples comprised 341 teachers from the colleges. The results aimed to  create  guidelines to develop the systems and mechanisms which enhance research productivity in the colleges and then evaluate37 supervisions on research productivity in the colleges. Applied tools in the research concluded of   1) the questionnaire  used to explore  the mechanisms to enhance research productivity had a reliability rating of 0.94 using Cronbach^’s Alpha Coefficent. 2) The pattern of the survey results were used to indicate for success levels of systems and mechanisms that enhance research productivity.

The research results were found as follows: the teacher’s requirements of system and mechanisms to enhance research productivity have more than the facts of system and mechanisms to enhance productivity in the colleges which were statistically significant (p<.001). The whole of the facts of systems and mechanisms to enhance research productivity was at the moderate level (x̄=3.17, S.D.=0.64). By considering each variable  showed that the research policy and strategy to enhance research productivity and support the dissemination of research results was high  (x̄=3.72, S.D.=0.64, x̄=3.62, S.D.=0.77).  The whole of the teacher’s requirements of systems and mechanisms to enhance research productivity in the colleges was at the highest level (=4.32, S.D.=0.54). By considering  each particular factor it showed that all aspects were at the highest level (x̄=4.24, S.D.=0.68 - x̄=4.35, S.D=0.54).

The guidelines to develop the systems and mechanisms to enhance research productivity were applied by 37 colleges under the supervision of Praboromrajchanok Institute. The 20 colleges of the operation were completed in the 5 levels of success (54.05%). So it is necessary to conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation systems.
