การรับรู้สมรรถนะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและชุมชน ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สรรพสิทธิประสงค์

บทคัดย่อ

     การรับรู้สมรรถนะในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเป็นสิ่งจำเป็นสำหรับการพัฒนาคุณภาพการพยาบาล  การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้สมรรถนะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและชุมชน และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผลการเรียนของนักศึกษา กับการรับรู้สมรรถนะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและชุมชนของนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือนักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สรรพสิทธิประสงค์ รุ่นที่ 42 จำนวน 123 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเดือนมีนาคม 2557 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและชุมชน ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน   ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 

     1. นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีการรับรู้สมรรถนะปฏิบัติการพยาบาลครอบครัวและชุมชนในระดับสูงทุกข้อ  โดยคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรับรู้สมรรถนะรายข้อสูงสุด 3 ลำดับแรก  ได้แก่ การตรวจร่างกาย 10 ท่า การตรวจสายตา การให้วัคซีนป้องกันโรคในเด็ก คะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด 3 ข้อ คือ การรวบรวมข้อมูลของครอบครัวครอบคลุมทุกด้าน การวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อภาวะสุขภาพครอบครัว  และ การให้คำแนะนำเพื่อส่งเสริมหรือป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจากการทำงาน เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ การให้บริการอนามัยโรงเรียน  

     2. ผลการเรียนภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติมีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .01 (r=.31) ผลการเรียนภาคปฏิบัติมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบระดับต่ำกับการรับรู้สมรรถนะด้านการให้บริการอาชีวอนามัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 (r=-.22)

     การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะให้ผู้สอนปรับปรุงหรือพัฒนาสมรรถนะของนักศึกษาข้อที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยต่ำ และพัฒนาวิธีการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนเพื่อให้คะแนนที่ได้นั้นสะท้อนถึงสมรรถนะที่แท้จริงของนักศึกษา

Perceptions on Family and Community Health Nursing Competencies of Nursing Students at Boromarajonnani College of Nursing, Sanpasitiprasong

Abstract

     Perceived competencies in nursing is necessary for the development of quality of nursing. This descriptive research aimed to investigate: 1) the perceptions on family and community health nursing competencies of nursing students, and 2) the relationship between  learning achievement and the perceptions on family and community health nursing competencies of nursing students. The Sample consisted of 123 junior nursing students in Academic Year 2013 (42th batch), Boromarajonnani College of Nursing, Sanpasitthiprasong. Data were collected in March 2013 with a questionnaire that included  demographic data and the perceptions on family and community health nursing competencies of the nursing students. The content validity of questionnaires was verified by3 experts. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation test. The study found that:

     1. Nursing students’ perception on family and community health nursing competencies was at the high level. Among all items, the three highest mean scores were 1)10 posture examinations, 2)visual acuity examination, and 3) children vaccination for disease prevention whilst  the three lowest mean scores were 1) family data coolection covering all aspects, 2) analysis of factors influencing family health, and 3) suggestions to promote health or prevent occupational health problems. The highest mean score was in the category of provision of school health services.

     2. There was a statistically significant correlation between theory and practice learning achievement, with a correlation coefficient of 0.31 (p< 0.01). There was a statistically significant negative correlation in low level between practice learning achievement and perception on providing occupational health service competence, with a correlation coefficient of-0.22 (p < 0.05)

     This study suggested that teachers should develop or improve the student competence for the items that fell in the low level and to develop measurement and evaluation methods which reflect the real student competency.
