The development of woman's role in enhancing smoking-free community by process of the participatory strategic planning : A case study of Papha Sub-District, Changhan District, Roi-et Province.

Abstract

The development of woman's role in enhancing smoking-free community by participatory in enhancing woman’s rights and woman's role in community to investigate solution and development a form of policy guideline and strategic action plan to development a woman's role in enhancing smoking-free community by participatory. This Qualitative Research study was aimed at interview by using a structured interview Were to development a form of policy guideline and strategic action plan and The objective was to study the state and the cause of problem in woman's role to enhancing smoking-free community for development a form of policy guideline and strategic action plan by participation The subject of the study is consisted of 48 persons and obtained using the purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained using a structured interview questions and in-depth interview questions by intervention of Action planning Method. The collected data were analyzed using a content Analysis and The research tools is verified by validity analysis in content validity and construct validity.

          The research findings were as follow in the development of woman's role in enhancing smoking-free community are findings the state and the cause of problem about 24 topic. The data were obtained 3 phase including Phase 1: The state and the cause of problem situation. Phase 2: The investigate solution and development problem. Phase. 3: The development a form of policy guideline and strategic action plan. Finally discussion the state and the cause of problem situation were obtained 5 problem are consisted 1.the indirection problem is Health issues Social issues and Laws enforcement and 2.the direction problem is a social value woman's role in community and social equality of gender are restricted the Corporate Social Responsibility and accepting Gender equality

          In conclusion strategic action plan and a policy guideline from implementation and Participation of The subject in this study are solution and development from The development of woman's role in enhancing smoking-free community study.  a case study of Papha Sub-district, Changhan District, Roi-et Province. The effective of the study were the result of understanding, participation, enhancing woman’s rights and woman's role, responsibility of the community policy, Feminist in community, discrimination against women. Finally success factor are from participation actually, Corporate Social Responsibility and accepting Gender equality.
