บทคัดย่อ
สถิติทะเบียนมะเร็งประเทศไทยปี 2565 รายงานว่ามะเร็งลำไส้ใหญ่และไส้ตรงถือเป็น 1 ใน 5 ของมะเร็งที่พบมากในคนไทยมีอัตราการเกิดโรคสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่องทุกปีสาเหตุของโรคส่วนหนึ่งเป็นผลมาจากพฤติกรรมการดำเนินชีวิตที่ทำให้เพิ่มความเสี่ยงของการเกิดโรคโดยเฉพาะพฤติกรรมการบริโภคบทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายบทบาทสำคัญของวิสัญญีพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่ (colonoscopy) โดยเฉพาะการจัดการการใช้ยาระงับความรู้สึกอย่างเหมาะสมรวมถึงการเฝ้าระวังสัญญาณชีพของผู้ป่วยตลอดกระบวนการและการตอบสนองต่อภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้น เช่นความดันโลหิตต่ำ การมีวิสัญญีพยาบาลที่เชี่ยวชาญในการดูแลการใช้ยาและเฝ้าติดตามผู้ป่วยอย่างใกล้ชิดมีส่วนช่วยให้การส่องกล้องลำไส้ใหญ่เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและปลอดภัยนอกจากนี้ยังช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลรักษา ลดความเสี่ยงจากภาวะแทรกซ้อนและเพิ่มความพึงพอใจให้แก่ผู้ป่วยซึ่งเป็นผลดีทั้งในด้านคุณภาพการรักษาและการฟื้นตัวของผู้ป่วย
