บทคัดย่อ
โรคหลอดเลือดแดงใหญ่ในช่องท้องโป่งพองเป็นโรคระบบหลอดเลือดที่พบได้บ่อยในสังคมเมืองปัจจุบันนิยมรักษาด้วยผ่าตัดใส่หลอดเลือดเทียมผ่านสายสวนแม้การผ่าตัดมีภาวะแทรกซ้อนน้อยกว่าการผ่าตัดแบบเปิดแต่พบว่าในผู้ป่วยที่มีโรคร่วมระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือดเช่นหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะชนิด Atrial Fibrillation(AF)แม้ระยะก่อนผ่าตัดจะมีการควบคุมอาการของโรคได้เป็นอย่างดียังพบว่าหลังผ่าตัดมีโอกาสเกิดAFได้ซึ่งภาวะแทรกซ้อนดังกล่าวนี้เพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อการเสียชีวิตส่งผลระยะเวลาในการนอนโรงพยาบาลยาวนานทำให้ค่าใช้จ่ายในการรักษาเพิ่มสูงขึ้นตามมาบทความนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประเด็นปัญหาและบูรณาการบทบาทพยาบาลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยหลอดเลือดแดงช่องท้องโป่งพองหลังการผ่าตัดใส่หลอดเลือดเทียมผ่านสายสวนที่มีโรคร่วมเป็น AF เพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยปลอดภัยและเกิดผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลที่ดี
