บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะภูมิไวเกินจากยาเคมีบำบัดกลุ่ม taxanes เป็นอาการไม่พึงประสงค์จากยาที่มีความสำคัญ
ทางคลินิกและอาจกระทบต่อความต่อเนื่องของการรักษา การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา
แบบไปข้างหน้า เพื่อศึกษาอุบัติการณ์และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการเกิดภาวะภูมิไวเกินในผู้ป่วย
มะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยากลุ่ม taxanes ทางหลอดเลือดดำส่วนปลาย ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน
ถึงเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2568 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 275 ราย ได้มาจากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามประวัติ
การรักษาแบบประเมินความเครียด และแบบประเมินความวิตกกังวล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติ
เชิงพรรณนาและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยลอจิสติก
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้ป่วยมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดกลุ่ม taxanes ทางหลอดเลือดดำ
ส่วนปลายมีอุบัติการณ์เกิดภาวะภูมิไวเกินร้อยละ 49.82 โดยปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการเกิด
ภาวะภูมิไวเกินอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ได้แก่ อายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป (Adjusted
OR = 6.73, 95% CI = 1.15–39.53) ดัชนีมวลกาย 30.0–34.9 kg/m² (Adjusted
OR = 3.96, 95% CI = 1.16–13.53) และ ≥ 35.0 kg/m² (Adjusted OR = 4.53, 95%
CI = 1.07–19.09) ประวัติการแพ้ยา (Adjusted OR = 2.79, 95% CI = 1.15-6.76) ระดับ
ความเครียดมาก (Adjusted OR = 4.22, 95% CI = 1.21–14.68) เครียดมากที่สุด
(AdjustedOR = 3.42, 95% CI = 1.08–10.82) และระดับความวิตกกังวลสูง (Adjusted
OR = 3.03, 95% CI = 1.22–7.51) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการประเมิน
ความเสี่ยงและวางแผนการเฝ้าระวังเพื่อเพิ่มความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารยา
