บทบาทเชิงรุกของพยาบาลในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในโรงพยาบาล

บทคัดย่อ

ปัญหาพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชส่งผลกระทบต่อผู้ป่วย ครอบครัว บุคลากรผู้ดูแล และระบบบริการสาธารณสุขอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอบทบาทเชิงรุกของพยาบาลในการป้องกันพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชในโรงพยาบาล โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมด้านการพยาบาลจิตเวชและการบริหารจัดการความรุนแรง ซึ่งพบว่าบทบาทเชิงรุกสำคัญของพยาบาล ประกอบด้วยการประเมินความเสี่ยงผู้ป่วยของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชอย่างสม่ำเสมอ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้มีความปลอดภัย
การให้ยาอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ  การพัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารเพื่อสร้างความไว้วางใจ และการจัดการภาวะวิกฤตด้วยเทคนิคที่ปราศจากความรุนแรง
การนำบทบาทเชิงรุกของพยาบาลนี้ไปใช้จะสามารถช่วยลดโอกาสความเสี่ยงที่จะเกิดจากพฤติกรรมรุนแรงของผู้ป่วยจิตเวช  ช่วยนำไปสู่การเกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีด้านสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยจิตเวช นอกจากนี้ยังจะช่วยลดภาระค่าใช้จ่ายและความเครียดของครอบครัว รวมถึงป้องกันปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของบุคลากรผู้ดูแล โดยเฉพาะพยาบาลจิตเวชที่จะต้องคำนึงถึงหลักจริยธรรมและสิทธิมนุษยชนของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชเป็นสำคัญ
