บทคัดย่อ
การดูแลสุขอนามัยทารกแรกเกิดในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านมีความสำคัญต่อการรักษาเสถียรภาพ
ทางสรีรวิทยา บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทบทวนวรรณกรรมและนำเสนอข้อแนะนำ
ในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยเปรียบเทียบระหว่างแนวทางดั้งเดิม และข้อแนะนำตามข้อบ่งชี้ทางคลินิก
เพื่อป้องกันภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในทารกแรกเกิดครบกำหนดที่มีสุขภาพแข็งแรง การรวบรวม
ข้อมูลดำเนินการผ่านฐานข้อมูลทางวิชาการระหว่างปี ค.ศ. 2021-2026
ผลการทบทวน พบว่า การพยาบาลที่ยึดตามความพร้อมทางสรีรวิทยา (อุณหภูมิกาย ≥ 36.5
