บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์รูปแบบการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการเตรียม
เครื่องมือแพทย์ในห้องคลอด โดยบูรณาการแนวคิดแบบลีน เข้ากับหลักการ 7 ส. เพื่อ
แก้ไขปัญหาความล่าช้า และความคลาดเคลื่อนในการส่งมอบเครื่องมือช่วยชีวิต
บทความนี้นำเสนอบทบาทเชิงรุกของผู้ช่วยพยาบาล ในการเปลี่ยนภาระงานประจำให้เป็นระบบ
คุณภาพ ผ่านกลยุทธ์ “หยิบง่าย หายรู้ ดูงามตา ปลอดภัยทุกเวลา” ผลจากการสังเคราะห์
กระบวนการทำงานใหม่ชี้ให้เห็นว่า กระบวนการคัดแยก และกระบวนการสะสางระบบเดิม
การสร้างระบบการมองเห็น และการปรับปรุงลำดับขั้นตอนการทำงาน จะเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ
ด้านเวลา ลดความเสี่ยงทางคลินิกเพิ่มความปลอดภัยของผู้คลอด และทารก ความคุ้มค่า
ทางเศรษฐกิจ ยังยกระดับความพึงพอใจ และความมั่นใจของทีมสหสาขาวิชาชีพได้
