บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงบรรยาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทพยาบาลในศูนย์สนับสนุน
บริการสุขภาพเวชศาสตร์เขตเมือง กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีคุณวุฒิและประสบการณ์การทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานเวชศาสตร์เขตเมือง
จำนวน 18 คน โดยคัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
เป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน
ประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 3 รอบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่ามัธยฐาน
และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า บทบาทพยาบาลในศูนย์สนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพเวชศาสตร์เขตเมือง
กรุงเทพมหานคร ที่ได้จากฉันทามติของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีค่ามัธยฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 4.00 - 5.00
และมีค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ≤ 1.5 ประกอบด้วยบทบาทหลัก 8 ด้าน รวม 60 ข้อรายการ
ได้แก่ 1) บทบาทด้านผู้จัดการดูแลแบบองค์รวมในบริบทคนเมือง จำนวน 14 ข้อ 2) บทบาทด้าน
ผู้สร้างเสริมสุขภาพและจัดการความเสี่ยงเชิงรุกในสังคมเมือง จำนวน 6 ข้อ 3) บทบาทด้านผู้
ประสานและบูรณาการเครือข่ายบริการสุขภาพเขตเมือง จำนวน 8 ข้อ 4) บทบาทด้านผู้พิทักษ์
สิทธิ์และเสริมพลังผู้รับบริการในสังคมเมืองจำนวน 8 ข้อ 5) บทบาทด้านผู้จัดการคุณภาพและ
พัฒนาองค์ความรู้เวชศาสตร์เขตเมือง จำนวน 9 ข้อ 6) บทบาทด้านผู้จัดการภาวะวิกฤตและ
ภัยพิบัติเขตเมือง จำนวน 5 ข้อ 7) บทบาทด้านผู้นำเชิงยุทธศาสตร์และการจัดการระบบสุขภาพ
เขตเมือง จำนวน 4 ข้อ และ 8) บทบาทด้านผู้ขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรมและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสุขภาพเขตเมือง จำนวน 6 ข้อ
