ผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการรักษาจากคลินิกทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลพรหมบุรี จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันและศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันในผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการรักษาคลองรากฟันที่คลินิกทันตกรรม โรงพยาบาลพรหมบุรี จังหวัดสิงห์บุรี เป็นการศึกษาแบบย้อนหลังโดยติดตามผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันจำนวน 140 ซี่ ช่วงเวลาติดตามผลการรักษาตั้งแต่ 12 เดือนถึง 84 เดือน ใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินผลการรักษาจากลักษณะทางคลินิกร่วมกับภาพรังสี ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผลการรักษาคลองรากฟันสำเร็จร้อยละ 82.86 ผลการรักษาไม่แน่นอนร้อยละ 12.86 และผลการรักษาล้มเหลวร้อยละ 4.29 ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อผลการรักษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) ได้แก่ สภาวะเนื้อเยื่อใน รอยโรครอบปลายรากฟันก่อนการรักษา และระดับของวัสดุอุดคลองรากฟันจากปลายรากฟัน
