การเพิ่มทักษะการดูแลตนเองและระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับรังสีรักษาด้วยโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ

ภูมิหลัง: ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการเพิ่มทักษะการดูแลตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในผู้สูงอายุ โรคมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมและศึกษาผลของโปรแกรม การสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและทักษะการดูแลตนเองในผู้สูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านมที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา วิธีการ: การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ดำเนินการในกลุ่มตัวอย่างซึ่งเป็นผู้ป่วยสูงอายุโรคมะเร็งเต้านมโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่ายตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด ที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอกรังสีรักษา โรงพยาบาลมะเร็งชลบุรี จำนวน 50 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 25 คน กลุ่มควบคุม 25 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนเมษายนถึงพฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2567 กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพต่อเนื่องเป็นเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ตามแนวทางที่กำหนดไว้ โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และแบบวัดทักษะการดูแลตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบวัดซ้ำ (repeated measures ANOVA) ผล: 1) กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและทักษะการดูแลตนเอง หลังสิ้นสุดโครงการทันที และ 1 เดือน หลังจากนั้น สูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) 2) กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและทักษะการดูแลตนเองหลังสิ้นสุดโครงการทันที และ 1 เดือนหลังจากนั้น สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) สรุป: ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีประสิทธิผลในการเพิ่มระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและทักษะการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับรังสีรักษา ดังนั้นบุคลากรสุขภาพสามารถนำโปรแกรมไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อส่งเสริมการดูแลตนเอง และคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ได้
