Root Canal Retreatment and Intracoronal Bleaching in Maxillary Anterior Tooth: Eight-Year Follow-Up Case Report

บทคัดย่อ

อาการปวด บวม มีตุ่มหนองที่เหงือก หรือตัวฟันเปลี่ยนสีเข้มมากขึ้น เป็นอาการและอาการแสดงทางคลินิกที่สำคัญ แสดงถึงความล้มเหลวภายหลังการรักษาคลองรากฟัน สาเหตุของความล้มเหลวในการรักษาคลองรากฟัน เกิดจากคุณภาพและความสมบูรณ์ของการรักษาในครั้งแรก เช่น การทำความสะอาดคลองรากฟัน และการอุดคลองรากฟันที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ปัญหาของการเปลี่ยนสีฟันที่คล้ำขึ้นมีผลต่อความสวยงามของผู้ป่วยเป็นอย่างมาก โดยเฉพาะในฟันหน้า วิธีการแก้ไขปัญหาฟันเปลี่ยนสีไม่ได้มีเพียงแค่การใส่ครอบฟันหรือวีเนียร์เท่านั้น การฟอกสีฟันภายหลังการรักษาคลองรากฟันเป็นอีกวิธีที่ทำให้ตัวฟันมีสีสวยงามทดแทนการบูรณะด้วยครอบฟัน และวีเนียร์ วิธีการฟอกสีฟันช่วยรักษาเนื้อฟันเดิมได้ดีกว่าวิธีครอบฟัน และวีเนียร์ วิธีการฟอกสีฟันเป็นการรักษาด้านความสวยงามที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดี ในรายงานผู้ป่วยนี้ประสบความสำเร็จในการรักษาโดยใช้วิธีการรักษาคลองรากฟันซ้ำ และอุดคลองรากฟันด้วยวิธีแลทเทอรอลคอนเดนเซชั่นร่วมกับวิธีกัตตาเปอร์ชาหลอมแบบฉีด เพื่อให้อุดคลองรากฟันได้อย่างแน่นสมบูรณ์ ผู้ป่วยรายนี้พบปัญหาการเปลี่ยนสีของตัวฟันที่มีสีเข้มขึ้น มีผลต่อความสวยงาม ภายหลังการรักษาคลองรากฟันซ้ำใหม่เสร็จเรียบร้อย แก้ไขการเปลี่ยนสีตัวฟันโดยใช้วิธีการฟอกสีฟันจากภายในฟัน โดยทั่วไปพบการเปลี่ยนสีเข้มขึ้นของตัวฟันในระยะเวลา 2 ปีแรกหลังการรักษา ในผู้ป่วยรายนี้ เมื่อติดตามผลการรักษาเป็นระยะเวลา 8 ปี พบว่า ฟันยังคงประสบความสำเร็จภายหลังการรักษาเป็นอย่างดี พบการหายของเนื้อเยื่อรอบปลายรากฟัน และสีของตัวฟันยังคงสวยงามอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่ผู้ป่วยพึงพอใจ
