บทคัดย่อ

ประเทศไทยมีความเสี่ยงน้ำท่วมในพื้นที่ราบลุ่ม โดยเฉพาะช่วงปลายฤดูฝน (กันยายน-ตุลาคม)¹ ทำให้เกิดการปนเปื้อนของแหล่งน้ำ น้ำท่วมพื้นที่อยู่อาศัย ประชาชนบางส่วนต้องอพยพมาอาศัยในศูนย์พักพิงชั่วคราว เกิดสภาวะที่เอื้อต่อการแพร่กระจายของโรคติดต่อ รวมถึงอุบัติเหตุ เช่น ไฟดูด หรือจมน้ำ² จากข้อมูลการเฝ้าระวังโรค พบกลุ่มโรคที่พบบ่อยในสถานการณ์น้ำท่วม 5 กลุ่ม ดังนี้
